Welcome to your private retreat on the island of Mallorca. This stunning stone finca, located just 3 kilometers from Ariany, offers an authentic experience far from the tourist hustle and bustle.
With 230 square meters of living space, this tastefully decorated 3-bedroom country house features comfortable beds: two singles and two doubles. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub, and an outdoor toilet ensure comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen and pleasant living-dining room make you feel right at home. Modern technology, including satellite TV and high-speed internet, is combined with traditional touches such as a fireplace for cooler days and air conditioning in the bedrooms (hot/cold).
Sustainability is key, as the finca is powered by solar panels. Enjoy the spectacular outdoor space with seating and sun loungers, a large outdoor barbecue, and a children's play area with a slide and swing for the little ones.
