VILLA OCEAN VIEW is an exceptional luxury villa located in the heart of Portals Nous, municipality of Calvià, in the southwest of Mallorca.

It has a privileged location with impressive panoramic sea views and capacity for 10 guests. The villa consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet. Delight your culinary senses in the Italian design kitchen, while the open-plan living room and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for gatherings.

Description of the villa:
-Ground floor with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. They share a bathroom.

-The open-plan lounge and kitchen with a rear door lead to the gym with spa, which features a sauna, hot tub and chill out bar with views of the golf course and Palma Bay.

-Play area with toilet and baby changing facilities.
