VILLA OCEAN VIEW is an exceptional luxury villa located in the heart of Portals Nous, municipality of Calvià, in the southwest of Mallorca.
It has a privileged location with breathtaking panoramic sea views and capacity for 10 guests. The villa consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. Indulge your culinary senses in the designer Italian kitchen, while the open plan lounge and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for gatherings.
Description of the villa:
-Ground floor with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. They have a shared bathroom.
-The living room with open plan and kitchen with back door, leads to the gym with spa, which has a sauna, hot tub and chill out bar area overlooking the golf course and the bay of Palma.
-Play area with toilet and baby changing area.
