Welcome to Villa Capitana, a charming holiday villa in Ariany, Mallorca, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Sleeping up to 6 people, the house is spread over two floors and is situated in a very special setting, surrounded by an orange grove, which provides privacy, charm, and a pleasant sense of peace.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable living room with a sofa and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with a sofa and a dining table overlooking the pool.
On the floor, there is another living room with a sofa and a television, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a full bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa features a private pool, several areas with tables and chairs, and ample space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Additionally, the parking area includes an electric car charger, a very convenient extra for those traveling with an electric vehicle.
For added convenience, the house features air conditioning on the terrace, in the upstairs living room, and in one of the bedrooms, as well as hot/cold air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. It also boasts high-speed fiber optic internet, ideal for working remotely or enjoying an excellent connection throughout your stay.
