This immaculately presented, modern villa is located just 100 meters from the beach. This area is known for its excellent kitesurfing and is very popular with surfers. Located within walking distance of the old walled town of Alcudia, this bright and airy residence is the perfect base for a holiday in northern Mallorca.
The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight people and is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.
There is secure parking at the front of the property. The rear garden houses a swimming pool surrounded by a safety fence for the protection of young children. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby is a brick barbecue, shaded by an old olive tree.
The swimming pool is located next to a grassy solarium equipped with sun loungers.
Access to the villa is via a two-story hallway with a feature wall and open staircase.
There is a large, airy living room with French doors opening onto the front and rear terraces. This colorfully decorated room offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a large formal dining area, and access to the kitchen.
The spacious, modern kitchen features a large island and glass doors leading to the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need.
There are three twin bedrooms, one of which features a mural. They are tastefully furnished and all have garden views.
These rooms are served by a very high quality bathroom, with a double walk-in shower.
The master suite is breathtaking! The king-size bed has views of the sea and the Tramuntana mountain range beyond. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide access to a balcony.
There is a huge bathroom and dressing room en suite. It is dominated by a bathtub that offers sea views through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide access to a balcony.
