This Villa, situated on the coastal cliffs in the heart of a natural park between the sandy beaches of Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago, offers breathtaking sea views. The architectural style of a typical Majorcan white villa with Mediterranean furnishings makes this house a real dream holiday home.
With 160 m² of living space, the house offers three bedrooms spread over two floors (2 with double bed and 1 with single beds) and a total of three bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with shower and bath, all EnSuite). All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms is the en suite with, of course .... sea views!
From the entrance you reach the spacious living room with satellite TV. Attached to the living room is the dining table and the modern, bright and fully equipped kitchen with sea views! with sea view! From the living room and the kitchen you reach the cosy terrace with porch and dining table.
Here you will find the private pool of 6 m x 5 m (depth 0,80 m x 1,90 m, entrance by steps) ideal for cooling off. When you have reached this terrace, you know that the holidays are about to start.... Spectacular views, with the sea everywhere you look!
The villa is only a few minutes drive from the beaches of Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago, and the fishing village of Cala Figuera, Santanyi, or further north, Porto Petro. In these villages there are restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets. The long sandy beach of Es Trenc is only about 20 minutes away by car.
