Welcome to your home in the center of Muro, Mallorca. This spacious and bright house is located 10 km from Muro Beach, considered one of the best in Europe. It consists of three floors with four bedrooms and offers a perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and Mediterranean essence, integrating elements of traditional Mallorcan architecture with the latest trends in functionality and design, giving the stay a personal and exclusive character. The house is fully air-conditioned, making it comfortable at any time of year, and it also has high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the property.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, providing a functional and practical space. This floor also includes a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for those who prefer their own private space. Finally, there's a one-car garage, providing comfort and security for your vehicle.
The garden, with its refreshing swimming pool and barbecue area, is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and create unforgettable memories.
On the floor, there are three further bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional bathroom. Each bedroom is carefully decorated and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
On the third floor, you'll find the games room or teleworking room. This space features a ping-pong table and a PlayStation game console for your entertainment and fun, as well as a quiet, intimate area with wired internet connection, should you need a space to work. You can also enjoy a spacious solarium with panoramic views of the village or, on the other side, the Tramuntana mountain range.
IMPORTANT :
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity is included (3 kW/day per person).
- Pets are allowed up to a maximum weight of 5 kg (10.00/night).
- A refundable deposit will be required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
- On 02/04/24, construction work begins in the neighboring house, which may cause occasional noise.
