Villa in the residential area Bonaire Alcúdia.
This fabulous house can accommodate 6 people.
It offers 120 m² of living space. The spacious living/dining room features a large dining table, TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has 3 charming double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor. There is also 1 toilet on the ground floor.
Outside there is a 40 m2 covered terrace and a 2,000 m2 lawned garden, as well as an old grove which, on hot days, offers pleasant shade.
A barbecue is also available.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
