Villa Luna, 700 m from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia

Villa Luna is the ideal place for a family or friends holiday in Mallorca. Just 700 m from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, this villa combines comfort, space and an excellent location.

The house has a private outdoor swimming pool, terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining area covered by awnings, garden furniture, ping pong table and lighting to enjoy pleasant outdoor dinners.

Inside you will find a spacious and bright dining room with free WiFi, surrounded by large windows that fill the room with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: drinking water filtration, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and heating (programmed during energy efficiency hours from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00).

The location is unbeatable: close to Bellevue and Ciudad Blanca, areas with restaurants, shops and leisure, and just a few minutes by car from the historic centre of Alcúdia and the local market (Tuesday). From the terrace, you can contemplate the Puig de Sant Martí, perfect for hiking.
