Villa Luna is the perfect place for a family or friends holiday in Mallorca. Just 700 metres from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia, this villa combines comfort, space, and an excellent location.
The house features a private outdoor swimming pool, a terrace with barbecue, an outdoor dining area covered by awnings, garden furniture, a ping-pong table and lighting to enjoy pleasant al fresco dining.
Inside, you'll find a spacious, bright living-dining room with free Wi-Fi, surrounded by large windows that fill the room with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: drinking water filtration, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and washing machine.
The villa has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating (programmed according to an energy-efficient schedule from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.).
The location is unbeatable: close to Bellevue and Ciudad Blanca, areas with restaurants, shops, and leisure activities, and a few minutes' drive from the historic center of Alcúdia and the local market (Tuesday). From the terrace, you can admire the Puig de Sant Martí, perfect for hiking.
