This beautifully restored single storey house is situated in the peaceful countryside between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente and offers a comfortable stay for your holiday. A covered terrace by the Roman style swimming pool provides a shaded area to relax and enjoy al fresco meals while the sunny surroundings of the pool and the large garden offer a fantastic place for sunbathing.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils; you will also find a small utility room with washing machine and sink.
The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and other amenities. The windows open onto the terrace.
The house has 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twin), all with air conditioning (with restricted hours). The master bedroom and two of the three double bedrooms have access to the terrace. It also has three bathrooms (1 with bath and 2 with shower).
Finally, this villa is complemented by a large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with Roman steps, equipped with a shower and surrounded by lawn. There is also a built-in barbecue, a covered terrace and a ping-pong table to make your holidays more fun.
