Villa Alexandria is situated only 300 metres from the stunning beach of Cala Molins, in Cala San Vicente. There are good restaurants and bars also within a similar distance. A large lawn area to enjoy, wonderful swimming pool and a fantastic barbecue area. Traditional style villa, but with modern comforts and a lot of style.
The property has a large lawn area to one side. The swimming pool is at the back of the house, and next to it there is a fantastic barbecue area, ideal for dining al fresco before going for a stroll in the centre of this peaceful and welcoming place that is Cala San Vicente. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, with a modern, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the rear terrace.
The villa has retained a traditional feel, with modern touches added tastefully. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).
