Fantastic villa in a very quiet area
Here you will feel at home, the property retains the essence of the Mediterranean. The house is located in the north of the island in a very quiet village, Son Serra de Marina, next to Ca'n Picafort.
The house has four well-furnished bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, one with a shower, the other two with a bathtub.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, also well furnished, with a dishwasher. The living room is comfortable and invites you to linger. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available.
The garden is very well maintained. It has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and garden furniture with a beautiful table to enjoy beautiful barbecues on sunny evenings. You are spoiled for choice to spend unforgettable moments in a great location that also offers a good-sized swimming pool for you to have fun. A ping-pong table is available for sports activities.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kWh/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
