This pretty, stone-lined country house is situated at the end of a road close to the residential area of La Font, in the municipality of Pollensa. The swimming pool is at the back of the house and is surrounded by furnished terraces and a nice garden with lawn.
One of the highlights of this property is its spacious covered barbecue area, with an attached kitchen, making it the ideal place for al fresco dining while enjoying the views over the pool, garden and distant mountains.
The interior features wooden furniture in a comfortable and cosy layout. As soon as you enter, you will find the dining room, which communicates with a living room equipped with satellite TV and DVD player, which in turn communicates with the pool area. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, gas and electric oven and fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
