The owner's note, Lola

Large villa with swimming pool in the north of Mallorca.
It is located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 3 km from the beach.
Capacity for 10 people.
Large living room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace.
There are a total of six bedrooms, two with double beds and the other four with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one with a shower and the others with a bathtub.
Spectacular outdoor area. Large swimming pool with waterfall, sun loungers, various seating areas, barbecue, children's playground and beach volleyball court.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0.30 €/kW).
- Optional heating at €15 per day
- Possibility of fencing the swimming pool €150.00.
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
