A lovely cottage in Alcudia, near the bay.
Finca in Alcúdia, near the village, can accommodate up to 4 people.
The 110 m² house, with its rustic and welcoming character, offers plenty of privacy and mountain and garden views. It is located in a child-friendly area and within the residential complex.
A living room with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed, and a wood-burning fireplace, a separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms make up the ground floor of the main house. Both the kitchen and living room have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful flowered corners, shaded areas, and tables for enjoying the tranquility. A barbecue area and another room with a bathroom, adjoining the main house, complete the accommodation.
The adjoining room has air conditioning/heat pump.
The land is fully fenced.
A large swimming pool and large gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers await you!
