Ca'n Soler is a typical and traditional Mallorcan house located in one of the most important residential areas of Ca'n Picafort and less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Just 300 metres away you will find the beach and the promenade, making it ideal for families and people looking for rest and relaxation at any time of the year, without renouncing leisure (parties and celebrations are not allowed so as not to disturb the neighbours). Moreover, given the location of Ca'n Picafort on the northeast coast and the climate of Mallorca, Ca'n Soler is ideal for sports lovers, such as cycling, hiking, sailing or scuba diving. Proof of this is that during the last few years several sporting events have been held here: Ironman, Long Course Weekend, Challenge Ciclista Mallorca, Cicloturismo Mallorca 312, Viking 859 swimrun, etc...

The property has a large outdoor terrace with lateral flower boxes and equipped with garden furniture and sunshade. The terrace/solarium on the upper floor is also equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture. It should also be noted that Ca'n Soler is fenced so it is suitable for children.

It is a spacious and cosy semi-detached house of about 175 m2, very bright, well ventilated, with wifi internet connection, eclectically decorated with Majorcan details and consisting of two floors. On the upper floor, there is an auxiliary room for leisure, reading or work with air conditioning and heat pump, with a terrace-solarium next to it.

Around Ca'n Soler you will find a multitude of services all year round, such as: supermarkets, greengrocers, bakeries, patisseries, bus stops, chemists, cafés, restaurants, petrol stations....
Also from Ca'n Soler you will be able to go on trips and visit and get to know the Natural Area of Son Real, the Natural Park of s'Albufera or the Natural Park of Serra de Tramuntana, as well as several very interesting nearby towns, such as Playa de Muro, Alcudia, Sa Pobla, Artà, Pollença, as well as Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Balearic Islands, which is just 45 minutes away by car.

On request, various furnishings and utensils for small children are available free of charge: a cot, a highchair, a bathtub, plates, glasses and cutlery and a toilet adaptor.
Internet connection via WIFI is completely free of charge.
