Modern and elegant Villa Son Calet, is located in a very pleasant area between the villages of Muro and Llubí.
The house has all the amenities that guests may need today, with modern touches and very tastefully furnished and decorated throughout the property with high quality materials.
You will find the village of Muro about a 5 minute drive away, also about 12 km from the local beach.
The house has 180 m², three bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds, and there are two bathrooms with showers.
The spacious and bright living and dining rooms invite you to relax. The large kitchen complements the dining room in an open, spacious, and bright concept where you can enjoy quality time with family or friends.
Outside, there is a 270 m² terrace with comfortable and modern garden furniture, a beautiful barbecue area, perfect for spending pleasant evenings in the sun and enjoying delicious meals, and a large swimming pool with a waterfall for endless refreshment.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- Heating according to consumption (€1.15/Liter)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
