Large and welcoming finca with swimming pool in the heart of nature.
The Majorcan finca has 280 square meters of living space and is prepared for 8 people.
The house has a rustic and classic style, has two floors and is located in the south of Mallorca.
It has two living rooms, one on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. There are several living areas with a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, armchairs, etc.
Five bedrooms: 2 with double bed, three others with 2 single beds and three bathrooms: two with bathtub and one with shower, complete the relaxation areas.
A fully equipped kitchen with a large table so that 10 people can cook and eat together.
The outdoor areas are very well-kept, with a garden, a barbecue area and tables for outdoor dining. A 10x5m swimming pool will make
unforgettable holidays and that they can enjoy refreshing baths and games during the hot summer days.
Here you can really relax!
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
