This detached, three-storey, 160 m2 detached house is located on a 300 m2 plot in Son Serra de Marina. It was built in the year 2000 with high quality materials and is furnished in a rustic, but decent style. In the basement of 90 m2 you will find a playroom with billiards, table football, ping pong table, garage, washing machine and a shower. On the ground floor of 75 m2 there is a foyer room with antique furniture, a living room with a cast-iron fireplace closed with glass, an oval pull-out wooden dining table with 5 matching chairs, 2 sofas and a large french door overlooking the covered terrace, two bedrooms of approx. 15 m2 with fitted wardrobes, sliding doors and drawers, wrought-iron double beds and exit to the garden. The bathroom of approx. 6 m2 has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The 8 m2 kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob and a window to the outside. On the floor above the living room there is a 14 m2 gallery with a double sofa bed, toilet and a terrace with a marble table and views of the sea and mountains. The garden area goes around the house. The holiday home is situated about 700 metres from the beach and near restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. In this house youth groups  not are only allowed on request.
