The house features a beautiful rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the island’s sunny climate and views of the Bay of Palma. Please note, it is situated in a lively nightlife district.
The property has three floors:
Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and osmosis-treated water, laundry area, and toilet.
Second floor: Bedroom with a balcony and shower room.
Top floor: Rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
Renovated in January 2023, the house is well-equipped for comfort, including two air conditioning units (hot/cold).
Important:
In 2025, construction along the promenade may cause occasional noise.
