Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area.The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available. ETV/8856 VILLA MONICAOfficial check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
