Beautiful finca renovated in 2022 in Cala Pi on Mallorca. Suitable for up to 6 adults with a large pool and well-kept garden in second line to the sea. For the very young guests we have a cosy baby cot that can be set up. The 210 m² house has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers - one on each floor. In the upper bathroom we have two washbasins. The proximity to the dream bay "Cala Pi" (approx. 10 minutes' walk) allows natural cooling in summer; in addition, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, which can be used for heating in the cold months. A supermarket and several cosy restaurants are within easy walking distance. Or make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofas in the living room with fireplace while watching TV (satellite TV), reading a good book or surfing the Internet (fibre optic 600 Mbit up & down). The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes and the dishwasher does the washing up for you afterwards. Food can be heated on the induction hob, in the oven or in the microwave. Of course, you also have a washing machine, ironing board and iron at your disposal. The green outdoor area is simply marvellous! Enjoy your breakfast on the furnished veranda or organise a barbecue by the 7 x 3 m pool (chlorinated). Relax and unwind - sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal. The plot (640 m²) is fenced so that even the little ones can play in peace or simply use the small playground 50 metres away. On the upper floor there are two large terraces from which you have a wonderful view, one towards the landscaped garden and one towards the green pine trees.
The village of Cala Pi owes its name to the many pine trees that adorn the 30 metre high cliffs and surround the torrent of the same name, the "Torrente". Just a 10-minute walk away is a breathtaking bay that is perfect for cooling off in summer. At the end of Cala Pi is a 16th century defence tower. Cala Pi is a small community located 17 kilometres from Llucmajor and only 4 kilometres from the prehistoric settlement of Capocorb Vell, which was declared a historical-artistic monument ("Monumento Historico-Artístico Nacional") by the Spanish Ministry of Culture in 1931. Or visit the beautiful bay "Es Trenc", which can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The capital Palma de Mallorca is worth a visit in around 45 minutes by car. It is home to the biggest tourist attractions, cultural assets and shopping opportunities. Platja de Palma is recommended for party-goers. You can be there in 25 minutes by car and can stroll along the party miles, ham and beer streets.
As you can see, the property itself is not only an ideal place to get away from it all, but the surrounding area also offers plenty of activities for the adventurous.
