This modern, newly built Finca with a large swimming pool and garden area is situated only 1 km from the sea on the east coast, close to the fishing village of Porto Cristo.
From the finca you can even easily reach it on foot within a few minutes, so you can enjoy a glass of wine without worries in one of the typical Majorcan bars of the marina.
The finca offers a large and beautiful Mediterranean garden with many shady spots where you can find a lot of relaxation and tranquillity. The outdoor area with private pool of 10 m x 4 m (depth 0,60 m - 1,50 m) is very well situated directly in front of the covered terrace.
The house, which can accommodate up to 8 persons, offers approx. 230 m² of living space on two floors, an open and bright living/dining room, a huge fitted kitchen with dishwasher, four spacious bedrooms (three with single beds consisting of a double bed, the fourth with a double bed) and a total of three bathrooms (2x EnSuite). The bedroom with double bed is located on the upper floor, which is designed as an open gallery. All bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning.
Next to the pool there is also a covered terrace equipped with sofas and dining table. And a few meters to the left is the covered barbecue with sink. A great finca close to the sea and the beach! The nearest beaches like Cala Mandia can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and many others in about 10 minutes.
