3 bedroom villa with private pool and Mediterranean garden, in a quiet area between Cala D'Or and Porto Petro. The villa is just a few minutes' drive from the sandy bay of Cala Egos, the marina in Cala D'Or or Porto Petro.
The outdoor area offers a 6 x 4 meter chlorine water pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with shaded dining area and mobile barbecue. Partial view over the water to the port of Porto Petro.
On the ground floor there is the spacious lounge and dining area, both with access to the terrace and the pool. Next to the dining area is the holiday-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the floor. One bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, the other, with partial sea views, has an en-suite bathroom and access to a small terrace. The living and sleeping areas are attractively decorated in a Mediterranean style; you immediately feel at home. All 3 bathrooms have been newly renovated. The terrace on the floor offers a view over the sea to Portopetro and is the ideal place to end the day with a glass of rosé.
