This newly built country house with own pool and Wi-Fi access is located on a 30 hectare private estate with shared entrance between Can Picafort and Santa Margarita, approximately 5 kilometres from the beautiful, long and wide sandy beach and the centre of Can Picafort with its numerous bars, restaurants, entertainment and shopping options. On the ground floor of the country house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. All rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace, pool and garden. On the floor there is a spacious living room with terrace and sea views as well as nice views to the mountains and the surroundings. In Can Picafort there is a small harbour surrounded by bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful long promenade with numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options. You can walk along the beach from Can Picafort to Alcudia; there are approximately 13 kilometres of continuous sandy beach. Brief description: 1. Number of kitchens: 1. The accommodation is spread over two floors with a total living area of 200 m². On the ground floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. All four bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and crockery for eight people. The living room has a sofa, chairs and TV with satellite reception. Upstairs, accessed via an external staircase, there is another living room with access to the roof terrace. The house has internet access and there is a cot and high chair available for children if required.
The property is completely fenced and has its own garden with garden furniture, parasols, sunbeds, barbecue and private swimming pool with outdoor shower. There is also plenty of parking space. As the holiday home is situated on a farm, there is the possibility to visit the farm animals. There are chickens, sheep and pigs.
The holiday home is only 5 km away from the village of Can Picafort. There you will find a beautiful beach as well as supermarkets, petrol stations, bars, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, pharmacies etc.
