The modern finca with private swimming pool and air conditioning is located south of the village of Sa Pobla in the north of the island, not far from the beautiful beaches of the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia.
The villa offers approximately 213 m² of living space on two floors, a living room with satellite TV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2x double bed, 2x single beds) and 2 bathrooms and therefore enough space for up to 8 guests. The amenities also include WiFi internet, central air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a baby bed and high chair.
Outside there is the swimming pool with 11 meters in diameter and 0.90m - 1.50m depth with stairs, a wonderful garden with many palm trees, an open and a covered terrace with lots of seating, a brick barbecue and a playground for the little ones among us and also a table tennis table. Parking spaces are available on the property.
By the way, this finca can be booked perfectly together with our neighboring finca (6 guests), as they are only a few hundred meters apart. Ask us about this to check availability.
