Located between Muro and Can Picafort, it has a coastal area of about 10 km called Playas de Muro, Can Picafort and Caseta de Capellans with various urbanisations and an extensive, wide and clean beach, next to the holiday home is the Albufera natural park, where you can enjoy an itinerary dressed in water, with exuberant fauna and flora typical of the island. Of its many old buildings, the most outstanding are the parish church dedicated to John the Baptist with a gothic bell tower and a valuable altarpiece on the main altar, the former convent of the Minims, the bullring, the ethnological museum, etc. The patron saint's day of the village is celebrated on the 24th of June dedicated to San Juan Bautista, as well as the Fairs on the second Sunday of November and the Feast of San Antonio on the 17th of January. The house has 275 m2 of modern classic style, all of high quality and very well equipped with large bathrooms and communal areas for 12 people. It is located 2 km. from the sea and 4 km. from Alcudia Bay and in spite of being in a flat area, it receives the sea breeze in summer. Large lawn area, perfect maintenance of the house.
