The modern and elegant finca is located in a very pleasant rural area between the villages of Muro and Llubí in the north of the island.
The finca was built with high-quality materials and the living area, which has all amenities, is stylishly modern.
The location is simply ideal, you will find the village of Muro for shopping about 5 minutes away by car, and the long sandy beaches of “Playas de Muro” and “Can Picafort” are also only about 10 km away from the finca.
The house with 180 m² of living space houses a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds and all rooms have their own air conditioning.
The spacious, bright living and dining room invites you to relax. The kitchen is large and complements the dining area in an open spacious and bright concept where you can really spend a nice holiday time with family and friends.
From the living room you can access the wonderfully landscaped outdoor area with over 270 m² of terrace area equipped with comfortable and modern garden furniture and there is a beautiful adjacent barbecue area that is perfect for preparing delicious meals and spending unforgettable holiday moments in the evening sun.
The ergonomic sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and the 10 x 6 m infinity swimming pool (depth 0.80 x 1.80 m), which has been elegantly embedded into the terrace, provides the necessary refreshment.
For families with children, the lawn in front of the pool is great for the little ones to play and you always have a view of them
