This beautiful newly built villa from 2009 with fantastic sea views is located in El Paraiso de Bon Aire, Alcudia. The beautiful beach, the surrounding countryside and the close proximity to the old town of Alcudia make Bonaire a popular place to live.

From the surrounding garden with private pool, the balcony and the terrace you can enjoy unforgettable views.
This newly built villa is equipped with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The sanitary facilities include floor-level showers and modern washbasins. The entire living space is spread over two levels. The living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) are located on the ground floor. The bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, the second has a double bed measuring 200 x 200 cm.
