Independent house located in quiet area with public playground about 50 m. The house has 192 m. On land of 410 m. The whole house is fenced and ground floor. Easy parking. House with living room in the center, on the left side, kitchen equipped with: hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. A corridor leads to a full bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and in the right area there are four bedrooms one with a double bed, another with 3 single beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds and at the end of the hallway another family bathroom. From its spacious kitchen overlooking the garden and the pool we can access the private garden that surrounds. The pool measures approximately 4x3. Chill-out area with outside shower and charcoal barbecue. In the back of the villa there is a private garage for bikes and motorcycles. The garden equips; Sun loungers, table, chairs and umbrella. 4 bedrooms for 6 guests, 2 bathrooms, tv.satellite, wifi, barbecue, hair dryer. Air conditioning in two bedrooms and living room.
