This holiday home for 8 persons is located in Can Picafort, an old fishing village in the north of Mallorca. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, the marina and the beach of Can Picafort are within walking distance. A few kilometres away is Icona, a quiet beach with fine sand where you can practise paddle surfing and Cala na Clara, which can only be reached on foot or on horseback, amongst others.
The house has a master bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor as well as three bedrooms upstairs. The modern style house has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room and a terrace with a porch where the swimming pool and a playground with a ping pong table are located.
