Villa in Sa Pedrucada, 250 m2 on a plot of 770m2 in total and at a distance of only 600 metres from Cala Ratjada and its beach Son Moll. 3 spacious bedrooms with large double beds and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them integrated as suites in the bedrooms. One bedroom with sea view and one with view to the nearby hills. Swimming pool with solar water temperature regulator, ideal for a couple of degrees in April and November, the house is built with double walls, double glazed security windows and insulation in between, so it is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is underfloor heating in most of the house, fully fitted kitchen.
