This house is quietly located in a typical Mallorquin alleyway.
The approximately 120m ² house is lovingly and individually decorated. The ground floor leads to a large entrance area. On the ground floor also a dining and sitting area with satellite TV invites you for a social gathering. The rustic kitchen is equipped with all major kitchen utensils. In addition to a gas stove are also a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine u.v.m. to be found. Also on the ground floor is a separate bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, the ground floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet and a business patio with washer and dryer. On the floor you will find a large light-flooded and air-conditioned double bedroom with terrace access. Find here a perfect refuge for a romantic Majorca holiday for couples or for a small family.
The partially covered patio is accessible from the bedroom. It is located on the floor of the building and offers views of Arta and the fortress. Parking is available in the surrounding streets. The street the house is on is too narrow for street side parking.
A car is mandatory and should be rented at the airport as public transport on Mallorca is not reliable. A pet can be brought free of charge, as long as it is covered by a liability insurance. But this must be communicated to the landlord. Normal use of the air conditioning (only when needed and in presence and closed windows) is included in the rental price, excessive use will be charged.
Arta is a quiet town with about 6,000 residents. The town centre offers beautiful restaurants and a large sn of shops in the pedestrian area (about a 5 to 10 minute walk), which is also where the weekly market takes place on Tuesdays. It is about a ten minute drive by car to beautiful beaches (Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Canyamel, Son Serra, etc.)
