This elegant villa is located in the beautiful mountain village of Caimari, on a well-kept plot of 1200 m² with magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. The house is located on the outskirts of the village, in a very quiet and privileged residential area with few neighbours.
This finca-style villa is very functional, comfortable and tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. It offers a total living area of approximately 250 m² on two floors. The upper floor houses a spacious living room with billiard table and three large double bedrooms for up to four people.
All bedrooms share three bathrooms (one en suite). The spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table are located on the lower floor. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the adjoining covered terrace, which also has a dining table and sofa area.
From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the 8 x 4 m swimming pool (depth: 1.00 x 1.70 m) with sun loungers, surrounded by a large lawn area. Caimari offers everything you need for your daily needs, including supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.
The nearest beaches on the north coast, in the bay of Pollença and Alcudia, can be reached within 20-30 minutes by car via the motorway. This property also offers ample parking space.
