The highlight of this property is undoubtedly its location, surrounded by beautiful natural and mountain landscapes and incredible sea views.
On the north coast between Alcudia and Artà, just above the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere, it is nestled into the mountainside of Mont Ferrutx. The fact that it is only 1 km as the crow flies from the sea and the beach, and the combination of Mallorcan architectural style with practical furnishings, make this property a true dream vacation home.
The property, with approximately 7,000 m² of land, offers the perfect retreat. The garden and pool area with Mediterranean vegetation leave no limits for outdoor relaxation.
With 145 m² of living space, the house offers three bedrooms on the ground floor (1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds) and a total of two bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a shower and bathtub). All bedrooms have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is a suite with its own open bathroom and access to the pool terrace, from where you have a wonderful view of the garden.
