This beautiful newly-built villa with a fantastic sea view dates from 2012 and is located in Bon Aire, Alcudia. The beautiful beach, the surrounding countryside and the close proximity to the historic quarter of Alcudia make El Paraiso a popular holiday resort.
In addition, the villa has a private pool, double glazed window units and air conditioning (hot / cold). From the surrounding garden, the balcony and the terrace, you will enjoy an unforgettable view.
This newly built villa is equipped with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The sanitary facilities are equipped to an above-average standard. The facility includes, e.g., floor-level showers, spacious real glass cabins, thermostat valves with body showers and modern washbasin facilities. The total living space is spread over two levels.
