La Alzina is a very well equipped and decorated house situated on the top of a small promontory close to the road that links the towns of Sa Pobla and Alcudia, and which is close to both the beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa. The house has a beautiful covered terrace and a swimming pool and garden area with perfectly maintained lawns. From this area there are fantastic views of the bay of Pollensa and the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana.
The property consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, a modern and well equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor is the third bedroom (double) with a complete bathroom en suite. All rooms have air conditioning. At the back of the house there is a barbecue area, ideal for those who love outdoor cooking. La Alzina is a quality tourist house, with an excellently maintained traditional decoration, and is ideal for enjoying a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
