Magnificent villa located in the municipality of Llubí, with 6 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 8 people, ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday in the heart of Mallorca. The property offers approximately 250 m² of living space and is surrounded by nature, providing a very pleasant rural setting with beautiful views of the Mallorcan countryside.
The property is fully fenced and accessed through a large wrought-iron gate, with on-site parking for several vehicles. Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden with seating areas, 75 square meters of terraces, a fantastic private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and a large barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining. There are also various spaces for relaxation, such as an inviting shaded paved courtyard, a large covered dining terrace, and a pleasant lounge area with an outdoor fireplace.
In an annex building are the washing machine and an additional full bathroom, which provides more comfort during the stay.
Inside the accommodation, upon entering, you'll find a large, welcoming living and dining room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a television, Wi-Fi access, and direct access to the covered terrace. The separate, gas-powered kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, there are two renovated bedrooms with a modern and bright style, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the terraces and gardens; one of them also has a modern bathtub.
Ascending the traditional staircase from the living room, one reaches a half-level where there are two further bedrooms. One of them has a full en suite bathroom with shower, while the other has an open en suite bathroom and is distinguished by its raised bathtub offering views of the garden and fields, as well as direct access to one of the terraces.
On the upper floor are the last two bedrooms, decorated in a traditional Majorcan style, with exposed wooden beams, which bring an authentic and warm character to the house.
The villa also features air conditioning throughout, heat pump heating, an alarm, a children's area, an iron, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi internet, a barbecue, a fireplace and a television.
Located a few minutes' drive from the village of Muro and about 15 minutes from the beaches of Can Picafort, this property is perfect for those seeking peace, privacy and an authentic Majorcan countryside experience, without sacrificing proximity to services, restaurants and beaches.
