Situated on a traditional village street with spectacular views, this four-bedroom house offers guests everything they could need to enjoy life in a Mallorcan village.
The house offers spectacular views of Alcudia Bay, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from the bedrooms and the entrance.
Accessed via a hallway with a high, chiseled roof, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest standard. The owners have used only the finest local materials.
The living room, with stone walls, is well furnished and has satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.
It gives access to the traditional stone kitchen, which is rustic in style but fully equipped.
The four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom with a shower.
It features an upper terrace with informal seating, a parasol and views of the pool and patio.
On the ground floor there is a garden with a cozy pond surrounded by a solarium with lawn.
The covered part of the terrace has an impressive wooden table, a freshwater well and sun loungers, a large barbecue and a summer kitchen, or a second kitchen with beams and seating up to 12 people.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
