Charming original finca with three bedrooms for 5 people, located in the countryside in the south of the island, just a short drive from the small village of Ses Salines. The finca, which perfectly combines rustic and modern style, offers a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a 10 x 4 metre pool. Just 4.5 km away is the famous sandy beach with turquoise-coloured water of Ses Covetes - Es Trenc.
The covered barbecue area has a large dining table and satellite TV as well as an adjoining shower room with washing machine. The pool measures 10 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.00 m to 1.90 m. The plot is planted with Mediterranean plants.
Two-storey finca. The living/dining area impresses with its beautiful arched stone ceiling. From here you have direct access to the covered terrace with BBQ and the pool area. The kitchen also offers access to the covered terrace. There is also a single bedroom with en suite shower room on the ground floor. The upper floor has a double and a twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a separate shower room.
