This Finca is situated in a small mountain village near the village of "Son Macia" on the southeast coast of Mallorca. Here you can enjoy unique panoramic views of the wonderful natural surroundings, and even in good weather, you can see as far as the sea.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people. Spread over 2 floors there are a total of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 2 with single beds and 1 with a single bed. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the others on the floor. If desired, an additional guest can be booked (extra charge), there is another single bed in front of one of the bedrooms.
There are a total of 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower on the ground floor, 1 with shower in bath on the floor, and the third one is located outside in the laundry room under the pool. On the ground floor is the spacious and bright living room with satellite TV and WiFi internet and the kitchen, which is equipped with dishwasher and also has access to the pool terrace.
The huge terrace houses the 9 m x 5 m pool (depth 1,60 m) and an integrated 2 m x 3 m jacuzzi (depth 0,60 m). From here you can enjoy dream views of the surrounding mountains and, when visibility is good, even down to the sea. The highlight is the covered outdoor kitchen with grill, dining table and dishwasher and? there is even a TV and a ping pong table.
Situated a little higher up next to the pool terrace, there is a natural play area for the little ones. The village of Son Macia is only a few minutes away from the villages of Porto Cristo and Manacor, and about 8 km from the beautiful beaches of the "Cales de Mallorca", with an exceptionally good water quality.
