Finca with swimming pool for 6 people located near the village of Sineu, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The nearest beach is only a 20-minute drive away.
This typical Majorcan stone finca has a living area of 100 m² and can accommodate 6 people. Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious living/dining room with a cozy fireplace, a dining table, two sofas, a TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi. In the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
In total there are 3 bedrooms with fans (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bathtub).
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, the upper part is used for storage.
There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. These are coin-operated.
This property with a pool stands out for the beauty and well-maintained outdoor area. The garden features all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several comfortable seating areas. A barbecue and a ping-pong table are also available.
On the terrace you will find comfortable sun loungers and the 4x6 meter swimming pool will allow you to cool off on hot summer days.
