Welcome to this beautiful village house located on the outskirts of the Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla. From here, it's only 7 kilometers to the beautiful 12-kilometer-long sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Here, you're far from mass tourism and can find peace and relaxation.
The village house has a living area of 140 m², is bright and lovingly furnished with modern furniture and offers enough space for 6 people. The house has 2 floors and is equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds).
It has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and a guest toilet.
The living area with a comfortable sofa invites you to linger. Here you will find a flat-screen TV (satellite/cable) and a CD player. Internet/WLAN is of course available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine and dishwasher.
The house also has a garage, where you can safely store your bicycles.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kW per day per person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Up to 2 pets up to 10 kg allowed, 60.00 Eur extra per pet.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
