The character of this generous Finca has been preserved as much as possible, however you do not have to deprive yourself of the conveniences of modern equipment.
This Finca is particularly suitable for friends and families who want to enjoy life in and with nature.
This fantastic Finca is located between the villages of Campanet and Pollenca and offers 280 m² of living space for up to 10 people.
Upon entering the house, you enter the comfortably furnished living and dining room, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and of course, internet/WLAN. In the evening, you can relax in front of the fireplace. Right next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The house is with 5 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 2x 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms (1x corner bath, 2x shower) lovingly prepared.
The spacious outdoor area is also spectacular. On the 11,500 sq m property, the large 9x4 m swimming pool awaits you and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Comfortable sun loungers are already waiting for you. On the distributed property, there are many different seating areas, where you can relax and let nature influence you. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue is also available for delicious barbecue evenings.
