The space
Designed for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy, the estate can accommodate up to 8 people distributed across three double bedrooms and two individual rooms, all decorated with a taste that balances Mallorcan tradition and contemporary simplicity.
The interiors preserve the essence of the island: stone walls, high ceilings with wooden beams and original period details, combined with all modern amenities: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen and cosy lounges to rest after a day in the countryside or relaxation.
In the exterior, the estate offers an authentic private paradise: open fields, century-old olive trees and tranquil paths where one can get lost without seeing any neighbours around. Absolute privacy, only interrupted by the singing of birds and the countryside breeze.
Enjoy breakfast under the olive tree, a barbecue on the patio with bougainvillea or an evening bath in the water tank converted into a pool, which preserves the original character of the estate. Binissatí invites you to stop time, reconnect and breathe.

Recycling: waste management is carried out in a controlled manner by the estate staff. The service has a cost of £30 per trip (approximately every two days). It is essential to separate waste correctly; otherwise, £200 will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
Deposit: £600 (to be paid before arrival, refundable after departure if there are no incidents).
Forest School: as part of its agricultural and educational activity, the farm has a space where, during the months of June and July (Monday to Friday), school groups of children between 3 and 12 years old come to carry out educational visits. This activity takes place within the property but far from the accommodation area, so the tranquillity and privacy of guests is always guaranteed.
The farm houses sheep, carob trees, olive trees and almond trees, creating a natural and sustainable environment.
