Beautiful, well-maintained house in the center of Muro.
If you are looking for accommodation to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, you will find in Capavila the comfort and convenience you are looking for.
Capacity for 6 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your vacation, and a bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen you access the large terrace for breakfast.
On the floor there are the bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms with bathtubs.
Outside, you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or enjoying a drink in good company. The large outdoor barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals during a pleasant barbecue evening.
You can refresh yourself in the 6x3 meter swimming pool, deckchairs are already at your disposal.
The house is fully air-conditioned. Additionally, there is a garage with space for 2 cars that can be used.
IMPORTANT
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Optional central heating €15 X day
- Electric cars connected to the network €100 per week.
