The spacious villa (800m2) is distributed in 2 floors.It has 5 double bedrooms (beds 1.6m and 1.8m) and 2 individual sofa-beds: - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed , 1 Sofa bed/Futon It counts also with 3 bathtubs and 2 showers distributed in 5 bathrooms, with hairdryer.The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, coffe maker, kettle, etc. The dinning room have table up to 25 dinners and a fireplace. For your entertainment you have WIFI, satelite TV, stereo and a sofa. In the outside (200m2) you can access to a garden where you can take a walk, also a BBQ with garden furniture, you can also enjoy a private pool of 30m2, umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.It also have a porch and a ping pong table. In the nearby there's a supermarket at 3km, and a bar/restaurant and a pharmacy.
