Beautiful and comfortable house in Muro
Located in the village of Muro, in the north of the island.
Capacity for 3 people.
The house is divided into three floors: ground floor, floor and basement.
On the ground floor you will find the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant interior "patio" (courtyard).
On the floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a sofa bed and a play area.
The entire house is completely renovated and has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
