This Majorcan finca with a beautifully landscaped garden area is located on the east coast near the fishing village of Porto Cristo, only a few minutes away from the numerous beaches of the Calas de Mallorca. From the finca you can also reach the village on foot with a stroll of about 4 km.
The house offers a spacious and beautiful Mediterranean garden with many shady spots where you can find plenty of relaxation and recreation in complete peace and enjoy a fabulous view of the surrounding countryside. The outdoor area with private pool of 9 mx 5 m (depth 0,80 m - 1,90 m) is beautifully integrated into the garden, just a few meters away from the house.
The house, which can accommodate 8 persons, offers approximately 280 m² of living space on two floors, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four spacious bedrooms ( 2x double bed, 2x single bed ) and a total of three bathrooms ( 1x ensuite bathroom ). Two bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning. Next to the pool there is also a covered terrace equipped with barbecue, sofas and dining table.
