The owner's note, Lola

Very charming finca that cleverly mixes rustic style with touches of modernity and color.
The house consists of a very bright ground floor with a comfortable living room with sofa, wifi, TV-Sat, etc... A dining room with large table, near the kitchen and a separate kitchen with gas hob and fully equipped.
There are four bedrooms, three with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two full bathrooms with a shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, while the others have ceiling fans.
From the kitchen and living room you can access the terraces, very well maintained, with sun loungers, porches, barbecue, a garden with a playground and of course the swimming pool.
All this fused with Majorcan villas and relaxation.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kW/day and person)
